Por isso, buscamos um Consultor de Vendas para transformar projetos em escolhas bem orientadas, construir relacionamentos de confiança e acompanhar cada venda, do orçamento à entrega.

Os desafios que você ajudará a resolver:

  • Atender clientes de forma consultiva, compreendendo seus projetos e apresentando soluções em revestimentos e acabamentos.
  • Elaborar orçamentos, quantitativos e paginações, garantindo precisão na especificação dos produtos.
  • Negociar e converter orçamentos em pedidos, acompanhando metas, conversão e resultados individuais.
  • Registrar oportunidades no CRM e realizar follow-up para apoiar a decisão de compra.
  • Emitir e acompanhar pedidos à fábrica, observando especificações, condições comerciais e prazos.
  • Desenvolver relacionamentos com arquitetos, designers de interiores e demais profissionais especificadores.
  • Acompanhar o pós-venda, orientando clientes e apoiando a solução de eventuais pendências.

O que esperamos de você:

  • Ensino médio completo;
  • Experiência em vendas consultivas e negociação.
  • Facilidade com cálculos quantitativos e ferramentas digitais.
  • Organização e disciplina para acompanhar orçamentos, pedidos e clientes.
  • Interesse em aprender sobre produtos, aplicações e soluções técnicas. Comunicação clara, iniciativa e comprometimento com os resultados.

Será um diferencial se você tiver:

  • Experiência com revestimentos, acabamentos, decoração ou projetos de interiores.
  • Formação técnica ou superior em Arquitetura, Design de Interiores ou áreas relacionadas.
  • Relacionamento comercial com de arquitetos e profissionais especificadores. Experiência com CRM, paginação de ambientes e vendas por encomenda.
