The posting

Děláme věci srdcem – proto Vilgain milujeme my i statisíce lidí. 🖤

Rozšiřuje výrobu a každý měsíc pracuje s větším množstvím produktů i surovin. Proto hledáme pečlivého a samostatného člověka, který si vezme na starost skladové hospodářství a zajistí, aby všechno potřebné proudilo do výroby včas a ve správném množství. Čeká tě kombinace fyzické práce ve skladu, administrativy a spolupráce s kuchyňským týmem. Budeš mít důležitou roli při dalším rozvoji naší výroby. 🚀

Co tě u nás čeká?

  • Příjem zboží: Budeš přebírat dodávky, kontrolovat množství, teploty, data spotřeby a dodací doklady.
  • Zásobování výroby: Budeš připravovat a vydávat suroviny a obalové materiály podle výrobního plánu, aby měl kuchyňský tým vždy vše potřebné včas.
  • Skladová evidence: Pohlídáš, aby skutečný stav zásob odpovídal tomu v systému K2. Budeš pracovat s příjemkami, výdejkami, převodkami, pravidelnými inventurami a řešit případné rozdíly.
  • Expedice: Pomůžeš s kompletací a nakládkou produktů pro naše prodejny a bistro. Důležité bude také dodržování chladového řetězce.
  • Administrativa a objednávky: Budeš zastupovat naši R2E administrátorku, pomáhat s objednávkami surovin a materiálu a zajišťovat související administrativu v systému K2.

  • Máš rád/a pořádek, systém a přehled.
  • Jsi samostatný/á, pečlivý/á a spolehlivý/á. Umíš si zorganizovat práci a dotahovat věci do konce.
  • Dokážeš komunikovat a spolupracovat s kolegy z výroby i kanceláře.

  • Prostor přicházet s vlastními nápady a zlepšovat skladové procesy.
  • Přátelský tým a spolupráci napříč výrobou i dalšími odděleními.
  • Kredity na náš e‑shop a pobočku, penzijní připojištění a Multisport kartu.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

The numbers game

More applications. More interviews.

Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting and paid once. Send enough of them and the law of large numbers finds you the job.
