Om Viljan Ängbyvägen

Ängbyvägen HVB är ett behandlingshem med specialisering på flickor 13-21 år med neuropsykiatrisk problematik, psykiatrisk problematik och/eller begåvningsnedsätting. Boendet är beläget i Knivsta, 40 minuter från centrala Stockholm och 20 minuter från Uppsala med bra kommunala kommunikationer.

Om rollen som Timanställd Socialpedagog

En socialpedagog har först och främst har ett starkt engagemang och intresse för målgruppen och ser möjligheter i mötet med människor. Som socialpedagog arbetar du nära individer som befinner sig i olika former av utmanande livssituationer. Rollen innebär att medverka till en trygg och stödjande miljö där individen får verktyg för personlig utveckling, återhämtning och socialt fungerande. Genom att planera och genomföra insatser, både individuellt och i grupp, stöttar du klienterna i deras vardag och bidrar till deras långsiktiga välmående.

Som socialpedagog är du en nyckelperson som bidrar till att skapa en meningsfull och utvecklande vardag för dem du stödjer. Rollen kräver att du är lyhörd, har tålamod, en god förmåga att kommunicera och samarbeta.

Kvalifikationer

Krav:

  • 400 YH-poäng Behandlingspedagog/Socialpedagog alt 120 HP Socialt arbete
  • Erfarenhet från HVB
  • Har en genuin vilja att arbeta med unga människor och göra en positiv skillnad i deras liv.
  • Är flexibel, ansvarstagande och har en god samarbetsförmåga.
  • Behärskar svenska språket väl i både tal och skrift.
  • Innehar B-körkort

Meriterande:

  • Mycket meriterande om du har tidigare erfarenhet av NPF, MI, KOBTIVA och LAB
