Om Viljan Sävik Behandlingshem

Sävik behandlingshem etablerades 1994 och är idag ett HVB som erbjuder behandling till män från 18 till 55 år med problematik avseende missbruk/beroende, kriminalitet och psykisk ohälsa. Behandlingshemmet erbjuder heldygnsvård och är ett sk "öppet" behandlingshem dit klienterna själva väljer att söka. På Sävik arbetar terapeuter, sjuksköterska, läkare och behandlingsassistenter för klientens bästa. Vår metod är KBT-baserad behandling med mål att höja klientens funktionsnivå. Behandlingen är evidensbaserad och anpassad efter socialstyrelsens senaste krav och rekommendationer.

Om rollen timvikarie/ behandlingsassistent

Vi söker dig som vill vara en värdefull och tillgänglig resurs när vår ordinarie personal inte är på plats. Vi förväntar oss att du har ett professionellt och empatiskt förhållningssätt med god förmåga till tydlig och rak kommunikation. Du bör ha god datorvana och vara bekväm med att dokumentera. Vi arbetar med engagemang i allt kring våra klienter. Du är lugn och stabil och har en god samarbetsförmåga.

Kvalifikationer

Du är relationsskapande och har god förmåga att etablera kontakt med människor i en utsatt situation. Du är lugn, stabil och kan hålla ett realistiskt perspektiv på situationer som uppkommer i det dagliga arbetet. Du har en god samarbetsförmåga och relaterar till andra på ett lyhört sätt samt trivs med att samverka med andra. Du är en självständig, ödmjuk och ansvarsfull person som brinner för omsorgsarbete och kan se individens behov.

Vi lägger stor vikt vid personlig lämplighet.

Krav:

  • Gymnasial utbildning
  • Körkort B
  • God svenska i tal och skrift

Meriterande om du har:

  • Erfarenhet av arbete inom missbruksvård
  • Erfarenhet av arbete inom kriminalvård
  • Utbildning i motiverande samtal

Roll: Behandlingsassistent / timvikarie

Anställningsform: Varierande dag/ kväll/ natt

Arbetstid: Varierande

Tillträde: Enligt överenskommelse

Kollektivavtal: Vi är kollektivavtalsbundna till Vårdföretagarna/Kommunal, Bransch E.
