We are now looking for a trained Souschef for our a la carte kitchen.

Skills & qualifications needed

  • Trained chef with 8+ years of experience working in an hotel and/or high end a la carte kitchen
  • Qualifications for working as a souschef
  • Leading and Developing Team
  • Menu Execution (Developing, Cost control )
  • Fluent in english, speaking and writing
  • Responsible and positive personality
  • Teamplayer with respect for products and colleagues

Responsibilities

  • Keeping hygiene and cleaning standards
  • Ordering and control of products from our suppliers
  • Ability to train, motivate and lead staff
  • Running service from A-Z
  • Setting and keeping standards

The position is a full-time position, reporting to the Headchef and Executive Chef.
