Wie zijn wij?

Villa Cresco is een kleine secundaire school, opgestart in september 2023! We zijn een school in opbouw en starten met ons 4de jaar op 1 september 2026. Daarvoor zoeken we nog een aantal gemotiveerde leerkrachten met interesse in vernieuwende onderwijspraktijken (formatief handelen, CLIL).

Onze school is gericht op leerlingen die interesse hebben voor taal, cultuur en menswetenschappen. Ons studieaanbod omvat (Grieks-)Latijn, moderne talen en humane wetenschappen. Jaar na jaar bouwen wij deze nieuwe school verder uit. Je krijgt de kans om mee te groeien met Villa Cresco. We werken volgens de Dalton-principes. Dat betekent dat we inzetten op samenwerken, zelfredzaamheid en verantwoordelijkheid. Onze leraren zijn daarom niet alleen vakexperten, ze beschikken ook over coachende vaardigheden om leerlingen te begeleiden in hun groeiproces.

Je kan als starter rekenen op een uitgebreide aanvangsbegeleiding en op ondersteuning van je collega’s. We maken niet alleen tijd voor onze leerlingen, maar ook voor elkaar. Onze school behoort tot één van de 120 scholen, academies en centra van het Stedelijk Onderwijs Antwerpen. We zijn de grootste onderwijswerkgever in de regio. Ook dat heeft zo zijn voordelen.

Wat doe je?

Je hebt een opdracht van 4/22. Dit is een opdracht tot einde schooljaar. De lesuren liggen op dinsdagvoormiddag.

Je kandidatuur wordt voorgelegd aan de inspecteur NCZ, die advies verstrekt over de aanstelling.

Je bent in het bezit van een bekwaamheidsbewijs dat geschikt is voor het ambt van leraar (secundair onderwijs). De nodige info hierover vind je op de site van Onderwijs Vlaanderen: https://data-onderwijs.vlaanderen.be/bekwaamheidsbewijzen/
