Kinderdagverblijf Villa Lot in Zevendonk is op zoek naar een verantwoordelijke kinderopvang die samen met ons team wil instaan voor een warme, veilige en kwaliteitsvolle opvang van baby's en peuters.

Als verantwoordelijke ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen de kinderen, ouders, medewerkers en de organisatie.

Je staat mee in voor de dagelijkse werking van Villa Lot. Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit begeleiden en ondersteunen van het team van kinderbegeleiders om de aandacht voor het welbevinden en betrokkenheid van kinderen hoog te houden. Je zorgt voor een goede communicatie en samenwerking met de ouders en biedt een luisterend oor voor hun vragen en bezorgheden.

Alle administratieve en organisatorische taken worden gecombineerd met het actief meewerken op de werkvloer en samen met de kinderbegeleiders instaan voor de dagelijkse opvang en verzorging van kinderen.

Je beschikt over een bachelor diploma om binnen de kinderopvang als verantwoordelijke te kunnen werken volgens de geldende regelgeving. Het diploma voldoet aan de vergunningsvoorwaarden voor verantwoordelijke in een kinderopvang tot 18 kinderen, zoals bepaald door het Agentschap Opgroeien.

Het attest 'Levensreddend handelen voor baby's en kinderen' of de bereidheid om dit zelf te behalen voor aanvang is noodzakelijk.
