Personal Care Assistant (PCA) – Toledo, OH

Make a Difference Every Day

Village Caregiving in Toledo, OH is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to clients, enhancing their quality of life by assisting with daily activities and personal care needs.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Assist with mobility and transfers
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment
  • Monitor and report any changes in clients’ health or behavior to supervisors
  • Respect client privacy and maintain confidentiality at all times

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in personal care or a related field is an asset
  • Reliable, compassionate, and patient with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
