O Programa Jovem Engenheiro e Programa de Estágio da Villares Metals visa o desenvolvimento de jovens talentos durante 01 ano, possibilitando aos participantes uma visão sistêmica dos principais processos da organização através de três pilares: formação, desenvolvimento de competências e avaliação e acompanhamento.Durante o programa os participantes atuam em diversas áreas da organização através de um Job rotation, onde passam por capacitações tanto técnicas quanto comportamentais que são essenciais para o seu desenvolvimento profissional, sempre orientados por tutores e gerentes e com o apoio do nosso time de Desenvolvimento Organizacional.Ao final de cada ciclo das áreas visitadas, os Jovens Engenheiros da Villares Metals devem apresentar projetos de melhorias para uma banca avaliadora, formada por profissionais de Recursos Humanos, tutor e gerente da área visitada e diretor convidado.Se você é movido por desafios, venha fazer parte do nosso time!Da teoria à prática!O Programa de Estágio da Villares Metals visa o desenvolvimento de jovens talentos por um período de até 02 anos, garantindo, por meio da vivência nas áreas relacionadas à formação acadêmica e técnica e pelo acompanhamento de profissionais experientes, o desenvolvimento dos jovens ingressantes. Além disso, o programa conta com treinamentos que abordam temas de teor profissional e pessoal.
