Mission du service :

Le service « Propreté publique » du Département des Services Techniques doit assurer l’entretien des espaces publics et plus précisément le centre des différents villages de l’entité et le centre-ville et promouvoir l’image de l’administration présente dans les villages et au centre-ville.

DESCRIPTION DE LA FONCTION

Mission principale :

Organiser et assurer le suivi des travaux dont le Service « Propreté Publique » a la compétence.

Missions et activités :

Mission 1 : Gestion opérationnelle du service « Propreté Publique »

Activités :

  • Assurer/Etablir la planification hebdomadaire du travail
  • Concerter le planning hebdomadaire établi avec les chefs d’équipes
  • Assurer le suivi informatique de la gestion journalière (création d’interventions, bons de travaux, programmation des travaux, …)
  • Assurer le suivi des ouvriers sur chantiers, s’assurer du bon déroulement des chantiers
  • Distribuer le travail (non planifié – urgence) aux équipes d’ouvriers chaque matin
  • S’assurer que chacun dispose du matériel nécessaire pour la réalisation des travaux (en cas d’absence des chefs d’équipe)
  • Coordonner les demandes de congé des ouvriers avec les chefs d’équipes en fonction du travail à accomplir
  • Assurer la surveillance de l’ensemble des espaces publics
  • Accueillir, encadrer et former le personnel temporaire (stagiaires, TIG, …)
  • Fédérer le personnel autour du travail

Mission 2 : Acquérir des matériaux et fournitures destinés au bon fonctionnement du service

Activités :

  • Gérer et contrôler les crédits budgétaires du service
  • Passer des marchés : rédiger des CSC, visites de chantiers avec les entrepreneurs, dépouillement des offres, …
  • Rédaction de dossiers à l’attention du Conseil et du Collège communal dans le cadre de la passation de marché ou de l’organisation de manifestations diverses

Mission 3 : Gérer les requêtes multiples et variées de la population, du pouvoir politique, des autres services, …

Activités :

  • Etudier les requêtes multiples en matière de voirie et proposer des solutions
  • Rencontrer, si nécessaire, les demandeurs
  • Transformer la solution en intervention
  • Transmettre les informations utiles afin d’assurer une communication avec le requérant

Mission 4 : Elaboration et suivi de projets en matière de propreté publique

Activités :

  • Proposer et concevoir des projets divers
  • Organiser et piloter les actions liées à un projet

Mission 5 : Elaboration et suivi de projets en matière d’espaces verts (de manière ponctuelle)
