Né de l’association de 40 communes vaudoises, le SDIS régional du Nord vaudois assure la défense incendie, le secours et la défense contre les pollutions et les évènements chimiques et biologiques sur le territoire du Nord vaudois. Fort de plus de 230 sapeurs\-pompiers volontaires répartis sur différents organes d’intervention et de 65 jeunes sapeurs\-pompiers, le SDIS régional du Nord vaudois s’engage à maintenir un haut niveau d’excellence et de réactivité, grâce à la formation continue de ses effectifs, à l’entretien et au renouvellement de ses moyens d’intervention, ainsi qu’à une organisation basée sur des valeurs fondamentales orientées vers le bien commun.

Dans ce cadre, la Ville d’Yverdon\-les\-Bains met au concours pour le Service de défense incendie et secours (SDIS) régional du Nord vaudois un poste d’ :

Assistant·e administratif·ve, Sapeur\-pompier permanent·e à 60%

Vos principales responsabilités :

  • Assurer la gestion administrative des formations et des jeunes sapeurs\-pompiers (correspondances diverses, mise à jour des bases de données et documents, suivi des absences, etc).
  • Assurer un soutien au chef de domaine dans le suivi budgétaire de la formation.
  • Coordonner l’organisation logistique des cours en appui au chef de domaine.
  • Contribuer aux projets de formation et à la création de supports pédagogiques.
  • Participer aux opérations de secours comme intervenant·e.

Ce que nous attendons de vous :

  • CFC d’employé·e de commerce ou diplôme en lien avec la formation.
  • Bonne connaissance du domaine des sapeurs\-pompiers et de la filière de formation y relative.
  • Expérience administrative confirmée, idéalement en lien avec la formation, et parfaite maîtrise du français.
  • Rigueur, autonomie, sens de l’organisation et résistance au stress.
  • Incorporation au SDIS Nord vaudois : permis C/C1\-118 et spécialisation PAPR, des atouts.
