Votre mission à la biennoise

Au sein de notre département, vous êtes responsable de la planification de l'entretien et de la préservation à long terme de la valeur des biens immobiliers municipaux faisant partie du patrimoine financier. En étroite collaboration avec les équipes chargées de la gestion et du portefeuille immobilier, vous planifiez et coordonnez les mesures d'entretien et de maintenance. Vous dirigez des projets de construction et de rénovation de petite envergure, supervisez leur exécution et veillez au respect du budget, de la qualité et des délais. De plus, vous recensez et évaluez l'état des biens immobiliers, gérez les données qui les concernent et participez à la planification annuelle des investissements et de l'entretien ainsi qu'à l'élaboration du budget.

* Vous souhaitez mettre à profit et appliquer de manière ciblée au quotidien votre savoir\-faire technique, vos connaissances en droit de la construction et en droit des baux, ainsi que votre expérience dans le cadre de petits projets de construction ? * Grâce à votre approche flexible et axée sur les solutions, vous parvenez à garder une vue d'ensemble même dans des situations complexes et à mener à bien vos missions dans les délais impartis ? * Vous êtes une personne communicative et convaincante, dotée d'un esprit d'équipe, qui apprécie le travail avec différentes parties prenantes ? * Vous avez le sens des chiffres et de l'informatique et gardez toujours un œil avisé sur les coûts et les budgets ? Alors vous êtes exactement la personne qu'il nous faut pour compléter notre équipe !

Le profil dont nous rêvons

  • Brevet fédéral en gestion immobilière ou formation continue équivalente, reconnue en Suisse, dans le domaine de l'immobilier ou de la gestion d'immeubles
  • Expérience préalable dans la gestion immobilière, de préférence dans l'administration publique
  • Plusieurs années d'expérience dans la gestion de projets d'entretien et de construction
