Le Département bénéficie également du soutien d'unités spécialisées, telles que l'unité Information et communication, l'unité Finances, projets, administration et marchés publics de construction, l'unité Conservation du patrimoine architectural, ainsi que l'unité Opérations foncières. Afin de compléter son équipe, l'unité Opérations foncières recherche un ou une \\Gérant ou Gérante d'opérations foncières et négociateur ou négociatrice en biens immobiliers à 100%\\ ============================================================================================================== \\Votre mission et vos responsabilités\\ \\- Mener à bien les projets fonciers et immobiliers de la Ville de Genève découlant de sa stratégie foncière et immobilière. \\- Conduire les négociations et procéder à l'acquisition, à la vente ou à la valorisation de biens immobiliers et de droits réels correspondant aux besoins des politiques publiques portées par la Ville de Genève. \\- Assurer la gestion des aspects fonciers dans le cadre des procédures et des projets. \\Votre profil\\ \\- Être titulaire d'une formation dans le domaine de l'immobilier, de l'expertise ou du courtage, et disposer d'une solide expérience en gestion de projets et en négociation. \\- Justifier d'une expérience professionnelle confirmée d'au moins cinq ans. \\- Posséder de bonnes connaissances en droits réels, être capable d'analyser des expertises immobilières et disposer de connaissances dans le domaine des systèmes d'information du territoire. \\- Maîtriser parfaitement le français, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit. \\Conditions et procédure d'inscription\\ Délai d'inscription: Entrée en fonction: à convenir Classement de la fonction: Classe L de l'échelle des traitements Dossier de candidature Le dossier de candidature doit contenir les éléments suivants: lettre de motivation ; curriculum vitae détaillé ou, à défaut, formulaire "Demande d'emploi" complété (à télécharger sur notre site internet) ; copie des diplômes et certificats de travail ; photo récente (format passeport).
