Le Service de la petite enfance (SDPE) est chargé de mettre en œuvre la politique de la Ville de Genève en faveur de la petite enfance, en gérant les structures d’accueil municipalisées et en soutenant celles qu’il subventionne. Dans le cadre de remplacements pour congé maternité du secteur petite enfance Marie Goegg\-Pouchoulin qui contient deux crèches, un espace parent\-enfant et un jardin d'enfant, totalisant 171 places d'accueil, 2 Éducateurs\-trices de l’enfance en CDD pour la structure d’accueil petite enfance sur différents sites : SAPE Eglantyne Jebb, et SAPE Guy\-Olivier Second, nous recherchons des

Éducateurs\-trices de l'enfance

Critères impératifs (maximum 5 éléments obligatoires)

Diplôme ES d'Educateur ou Educatrice de l'enfance de l’ESEDE ou titre jugé équivalent (équivalence SEFRI obligatoire)

Maîtrise du français (écrit, parlé)

Avoir une bonne capacité d'adaptation

Les employées et employés de la Ville de Genève doivent être domiciliées et domiciliés dans la zone de domiciliation autorisée et être au bénéfice d'un permis ou d'une autorisation de travail valable.

Profil de la personne recherchée (formation, expérience, etc.)

Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme d'éducateur ou éducatrice de l’enfance de l’ESEDE reconnu ou d’un titre jugé équivalent par le SEFRI. Vous souhaitez vous investir au sein d’une équipe dynamique et professionnelle. Personnalité enthousiaste, ouverte et bienveillante, votre esprit d’initiative et votre capacité d’adaptation sont des atouts certains pour cette fonction essentielle au développement de l’enfant. A l’écoute, avec une bonne gestion du stress, vous êtes par ailleurs à l’aise avec la communication.

Mission (tâches et contenu du poste)

Afin de compléter ses équipes pendant des remplacements de congé maternité et arrêt longue durée, le SDPE recherche pour :

\- La structure d'accueil petite enfance Guy\-Olivier Second (1227 Acacias) \- La structure d'accueil petite enfance Eglantyne Jebb (1205 Genève) un ou une Educateur ou Educatrice de l’enfance entre 70% et/ou 100%

En tant qu’éducateur ou éducatrice de l’enfance dans une structure d’accueil de la petite enfance à prestations élargies, vous organisez l’accueil et l’accompagnement des enfants (de 0 à 4 ans) tout en assurant une prestation de qualité et conforme aux normes en vigueur. En charge de contribuer et d’assurer la mise en œuvre du projet pédagogique de la structure d'accueil, vous élaborez et mettez en œuvre les actions éducatives en lien avec le projet pédagogique et institutionnel. Vous accompagnez, supervisez l’activité des stagiaires, apprenants, ASE et aides et créez également une dynamique de groupe favorable à l’éveil, au développement et à la socialisation des enfants. Vous assurez la formalisation et la transmission des informations auprès des familles et collaborez à la préparation et animation des réunions d’information et d’échanges avec les représentants des enfants. Enfin, vous participez à des groupes de réflexion.
