Stagiaire en gestion de projets \- développement et promotion du sport (80%)

Lieu de grandes manifestations et comptant pas moins de 300 clubs, 30'000 licencié\-e\-s et quelques 60 fédérations et associations sportives internationales, Lausanne est une ville où le sport occupe une place de choix.

Le Domaine développement et promotion du sport du Service des sports de la Ville de Lausanne a pour mission de favoriser l'accès à la pratique sportive pour l'ensemble de la population lausannoise, sans distinction d'âge, d'origine, de genre ou de moyens financiers, afin de contribuer à la santé et au bien\-être de toutes et tous.

Il soutient des projets, développe des actions pour encourager l'activité sportive, collabore avec les clubs sportifs et organise des événements institutionnels. Une attention particulière est portée au développement de la pratique sportive des filles et des femmes ainsi qu'à la promotion de l'égalité de genre.

Cette place de stage offre une première expérience professionnelle au sein d'une administration communale à une personne motivée et désireuse de s'engager.

Durée

Contrat de stage d'une durée de 8 mois

Mission(s) principale(s)

Organiser deux camps multisports de jour destinés aux enfants résidant à Lausanne, pendant les vacances d'été (5\-9 juillet et 16\-20 août 2027\)

Contribuer au développement, à la mise en oeuvre, au suivi et à l'évaluation de différents projets et programmes sportifs de la Ville

Gérer diverses tâches administratives nécessaires au bon fonctionnement du domaine

Profil

Formation universitaire en cours de type Master en sport ou en administration publique

Expérience dans la gestion et l'encadrement de camps et/ou de cours de sport avec des enfants

Diplôme valable J\+S

Expérience dans le domaine du sport, au sein d'un club et/ou dans l'organisation d'événements, un atout

Compétences organisationnelles et sens des priorités

Aisance relationnelle et aptitude à communiquer avec différents publics

Sens des responsabilités, capacité d'adaptation et polyvalence

Maîtrise de MS Office

Conditions spéciales

Casiers judiciaires vierges (ordinaire et spécial)

Travail possible en soirée ou les week\-ends en fonction des événements liés au poste

Présence obligatoire durant les 2 camps multisports (5\-9 juillet et 16\-20 août 2027\)
