L'APEMS de Contigny, d'une capacité d'accueil de 84 places, accueille des enfants de la 1P à la 4P. Situé dans les quartiers sud de la ville, la structure bénéficie d'espaces extérieurs agréables à proximité et d'un environnement offrant de nombreuses possibilités d'activités.

Dans le cadre d'un remplacement de congé maternité, nous recherchons une personne engagée et dynamique qui participera activement au quotidien de la structure et contribuera à son développement. Une personne qui saura être flexible et s'intégrer dans l'équipe de professionnel.le.s.

Votre capacité d'adaptation, votre professionnalisme et votre envie de vous investir seront de précieux atouts pour rejoindre l'équipe en place.

La mission en APEMS est axée sur le développement des habilités sociales des enfants à travers leur participation à la vie en collectivité. La mise en place de projets collectifs, le suivi des partenariats avec les intervenant-e-s autour des enfants, la réflexion en équipe autour du projet pédagogique sont les actions essentielles qui viennent appuyer et soutenir l'accueil quotidien du groupe d'enfants.

Missions #####

  • Assurer la prise en charge d'un groupe d'enfants en conformité avec la ligne pédagogique tout en maintenant la vision globale
  • Accompagner le groupe d'enfants dans l'accomplissement des activités quotidiennes ainsi que dans la réalisation de leurs devoirs scolaires et promouvoir leur autonomie
  • Proposer une démarche d'accompagnement individualisée en lien avec les compétences à développer ou les besoins de l'enfant
  • Participer à l'organisation générale de la structure
  • Assumer des tâches administratives spécifiques

Profil #####

  • CFC d'assistante socio-éducative ou d'assistant socio-éducatif obligatoire
  • Apte à développer un processus participatif au sein de son équipe et dans la collectivité d'enfants
  • 2-3 années d'expérience professionnelle dans le développement de projets et d'activités spécifiques
  • Bonnes connaissances des lieux d'accueils collectifs et des dynamiques de groupes
  • Capacité à documenter son activité- et celle du groupe d'enfants
