Afin de répondre aux ambitions de la ville sur le Plan climat, le Service patrimoine est à la recherche de 2 responsables de projet pour piloter et suivre la réalisation de projets de réseaux souterrains multidisciplinaires, ainsi que pour concevoir et réaliser des installations énergétiques d'envergure. Vous serez ainsi responsable de projets de réseaux multifluides d'envergure, en milieu urbain complexe et impliquant de nombreuses parties prenantes, tant internes qu'externes.

Missions #####

  • Diriger des projets pluriannuels complexes et transverses de réseaux (chauffage à distance, électricité, gaz, éclairage public) et/ou de production d'énergie
  • Assumer la responsabilité des projets en termes de coûts, délais, sécurité, qualité ainsi que de gestion des risques
  • Piloter les équipes de projets des phases SIA 22 à 53 et reporter aux comités de pilotage
  • Etablir et être garant·e de la planification de son portefeuille de projets sur le domaine public de 0 à 10 ans
  • Conduire et suivre les appels d'offres et coordonner les travaux avec les partenaires internes et externes
  • Assurer la communication avec les différentes parties prenantes
  • Représenter et défendre les intérêts des SiL dans les projets d'envergure en cours et à venir dans le bassin lausannois
  • Etablir et mettre à jour les procédures administratives

Profil #####

  • Master EPF en thermique, électricité, génie civil ou formation jugée équivalente
  • Formation complémentaire en gestion de projet
  • Minimum 3 années d'expérience professionnelle dans la gestion de projets complexes de grande envergure
  • Connaissances dans le domaine des infrastructures énergétiques
  • Compétences en planification et gestion d'équipes de projets pluridisciplinaires
  • Maîtrise des outils MS Office et de planification
  • Esprit de décision et capacité à l'action
  • Leadership avec faculté de négociation et de persuasion
