Rattachée au Domaine jeunesse du Service quartiers, jeunesse et familles, la Permanence Jeunes Borde (PJB) est le centre socioculturel des 10-25 ans du quartier de la Borde et de ses environs. Lieu d'accueil convivial, la PJB propose des activités libres et organisées, soutient les jeunes dans leurs projets et les oriente vers les ressources de la Ville.

Missions #####

  • Assurer l'organisation de l'accueil des jeunes (10-25 ans) à la PJB et le déroulement des activités socio-éducatives
  • Concevoir, préparer, organiser et évaluer des activités socio-éducatives et pédagogiques, avec et pour les jeunes, en fonction de leurs besoins et intérêts
  • Accompagner et soutenir les jeunes dans l'élaboration et la réalisation de leurs projets (personnels, scolaires et professionnels)
  • Mener des actions de prévention, repérer les situations de vulnérabilité ou difficulté, et orienter les jeunes vers les ressources et partenaires appropriés
  • Encadrer les monitrices et moniteurs auxiliaires selon l'organisation interne
  • Développer les relations avec les partenaires extérieurs et animer le réseau de quartier
  • Contribuer à la gestion de la PJB en participant activement aux colloques et en assumant les tâches administratives y relatives

Profil #####

  • Bachelor HES en travail social ou animation socioculturelle ou titre jugé équivalent
  • Minimum 3 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans un poste similaire auprès des enfants et des adolescent.e.s
  • Bonnes connaissances des lieux d'accueil collectifs et des dynamiques de groupes
  • Connaissances de l'environnement socioculturel lausannois et romand
  • Personnalité dynamique, sens de la communication
  • Capacité à gérer des situations de crises sociales
  • Excellent sens de l'organisation et gestion des priorités
  • Esprit d'équipe
  • Maîtrise des outils MS Office
