Pour compléter ses équipes au sein d'une UAPE de la Ville de Nyon, nous recrutons un·e : \\Assistant·e socio\\-éducatif·ve à 80 %\\ qui aura pour principales missions d'accompagner et suivre le développement des enfants en structures parascolaires hors des périodes scolaires en garantissant leur sécurité physique et morale et ce, en partenariat avec les familles. \\Missions principales :\\ \* Assurer l'encadrement des enfants fréquentant les structures \* Transmettre les règles de vie de l'institution et en assurer le respect \* Planifier et organiser le quotidien de la structure en collaboration avec l'équipe \* Mettre en place des activités soutenues par des objectifs pédagogiques \* Prendre en compte les besoins spécifiques de l'enfant dans la collectivité en vue de son évolution \* Adhérer au projet pédagogique de la structure d'accueil et participer à son évolution en étant force de proposition \\Profil :\\ \* CFC d'assistant·e·socio\\-éducatif·ve ou titre jugé équivalent (reconnu par le SEFRI) \* Aptitude à l'observation, l'analyse et la synthèse des situations vécues sur le terrain \* Aptitude à travailler en équipe \* Faculté d'adaptation \* Esprit créatif \* Capacité à gérer les situations d'urgence \\Entrée en fonction :\\ 1er janvier 2027 \\Délai de postulation :\\ 15 novembre 2026 \\Nous\\ L'Administration communale souhaite reconnaître vos compétences, découvrir vos qualités et vous faire partager des opportunités.
