Responsable de sites, agent·e d’exploitation à 100% (ref : 476\) ====================================================================

Votre mission : ---------------

Intégré·e au sein du secteur Exploitation, vous avez la charge de la gestion du site scolaire et de l’APEMS de Florissant en participant également aux travaux d’entretien, de maintenance et de nettoyage, ainsi que la planification et le contrôle de ces derniers.

Formations requises : ---------------------

Vous êtes titulaire d’un CFC d'agent·e d'exploitation ou dans un domaine CVSE, vous avez de bonnes connaissances techniques de l’entretien et de la maintenance des bâtiments.

Expériences professionnelles : -------------------------------

3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire

Qualités personnelles : ------------------------

Une expérience confirmée dans la conduite d’une équipe vous permet de diriger avec compétences une petite équipe

Vous êtes , polyvalent·e, motivé·e à vous investir dans un environnement administratif et avez le sens du service et de la collaboration

Vous êtes prêt·e à assumer un service de piquet en tournus, les week\-ends et les soirs en semaine

Vous êtes âgé·e de minimum 30 ans et plus

Les personnes habitant l’Ouest lausannois seront privilégiées
