Service :

Pool de conciergerie \- collège, halle polyvalente et Temple des Brenets

Activités:

Nettoyer les locaux. Assumer l'entretien intérieur et extérieur des bâtiments. Entretenir le matériel mis à disposition et réparer le mobilier. Gérer le chauffage et la ventilation des bâtiments.

Profil souhaité:

CFC d’agent·e d’exploitation ou CFC dans le domaine du bâtiment et/ou expérience de quelques années en conciergerie et dans des travaux de maintenance d’un bâtiment. Permis de conduire de catégorie B. Aptitude et intérêt à travailler de manière autonome. Être prêt·e à assumer des présences sur le site certains week\-ends lors de manifestations. Flexibilité et capacité d'adaptation en cas de remplacements sur d'autres sites. Bonne résistance physique. Avoir un casier judiciaire vierge.
