Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Sales Representative (m/w/d) in der Region westliches Ruhrgebiet/Bergisches Land.

Als Gebietsverkaufsleiter (m/w/d) bist du die Schnittstelle zwischen allen dreistufigen Absatzmittlern der Zielgruppe Großhandel/Fachhandwerk sowie gegebenenfalls Wohnungsbaugesellschaften. Du bist verantwortlich für alle regionalen Umsätze der Marke Ideal Standard sowie deren Showroom-Präsentationen im regionalen Tagesgeschäft.

Was dich erwartet:

  • Du verantwortest alle Verkaufsaktivitäten sowie den Umsatz unseres Ideal Standard Sortiments in der Region westliches Ruhrgebiet/Bergisches Land.
  • Bestehende Kundenbeziehungen entwickelst du bei Handel und Handwerk gezielt weiter, ebenso akquirierst du neue Kunden, um den Umsatz nachhaltig zu steigern.
  • Mit deinen Kunden vereinbarst und verfolgst du gemeinsame Ziele und Vermarktungsaktivitäten.
  • Du setzt die Vertriebs- und Marketingstrategie für den Außendienst um, um das Markenbewusstsein zu steigern und ein starkes Markenimage bei den lokalen Vertriebspartnern und strategischen Zielgruppen aufzubauen.
  • Verkaufsaktivitäten, Kundenbesuche und -veranstaltungen sowie Messen initiierst bzw. begleitest du aktiv.
  • Im Rahmen von regelmäßigen Produktschulungen gibst du dein Wissen an unsere Kunden weiter.
  • Du erstellst Besuchs- und Marktberichte, pflegst und aktualisierst alle relevanten CRM-Daten.

Was wir erwarten:

  • Du hast eine kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung oder ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium abgeschlossen.
  • Du verfügst über mindestens 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Vertrieb und bist idealerweise mit dem Alltag des Außendienstes vertraut.
  • Du bist kommunikativ, hast ausgeprägte Networking- und Storytelling-Fähigkeiten, um professionelle Beziehungen aufzubauen und Kunden zu inspirieren.
  • Du bist ein ausgezeichneter Verhandlungspartner, hast eine hohe Konfliktfähigkeit, Ad-hoc-Verhandlungsgeschick und Abschlusssicherheit vor verschiedenen Entscheidungsträgern.
  • Du kannst sicher mit digitalen Tools/CRM/Salesforce umgehen und Daten und Erkenntnisse effektiv nutzen, um effektive Aktionspläne für den Außendienst zu erstellen und die Vertriebsergebnisse zu optimieren.
  • Du bist proaktiv, lernfähig, kannst komplexe Vertriebsfragen/Probleme unter Druck lösen und bist ein aktiver Teamplayer, der sowohl im eigenen Team als auch mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams zusammenarbeiten kann.
  • Du bist bereit, häufig im zugewiesenen Verkaufsgebiet zu reisen.
  • Du hast den Wunsch, dich persönlich weiterzuentwickeln und lebenslanges Lernen zu praktizieren.
  • Du sprichst Deutsch? Gut! Und Englisch? Großartig!
