Vi söker en medicinsk sekreterare för ett föräldraledighetsvikariat med goda möjligheter till förlängning. Om oss Vimera specialistläkarmottagning ligger centralt i Skurup, nära buss- och tågstation. Vi erbjuder även avgiftsfri parkering för personal och patienter. Vi arbetar på uppdrag av Region Skåne och bedriver specialistmottagningar inom gynekologi, ortopedi och öron-näsa-hals samt logoped- och audionommottagning. Vår ambition är att erbjuda vård av hög kvalitet med god tillgänglighet, service och ett professionellt och omtänksamt bemötande. Hos oss arbetar du nära kollegor från flera yrkesgrupper. Medarbetarnas engagemang och delaktighet är viktiga i utvecklingen av mottagningen. Vi har korta beslutsvägar och stöd från en större organisation som ger möjlighet till utveckling och erfarenhetsutbyte. Dina arbetsuppgifter Du blir en del av vårt medicinska sekreterarteam och arbetar med administration för våra olika specialistmottagningar. I tjänsten ingår bland annat: Medicinsk dokumentation. Remisshantering. Telefonkontakt med patienter. Tidsbokning. Hantering av patientärenden via 1177.

Som ny medarbetare får du introduktion och bredvidgång med erfarna kollegor, så att du får en trygg start i arbetet. Vem söker vi? Du har en avslutad utbildning inom hälso- och sjukvårdsadministration om 80 KY-poäng eller 400 YH-poäng, alternativt motsvarande läkarsekreterarutbildning. Du har goda kunskaper i svenska, både i tal och skrift, samt i medicinsk terminologi. Du arbetar noggrant och strukturerat, tar ansvar för dina arbetsuppgifter och har patientens behov i fokus. Du trivs med att samarbeta, kan prioritera när tempot varierar och möter patienter och kollegor på ett vänligt och respektfullt sätt. Erfarenhet av systemen PASIS och Melior är meriterande. Vi lägger stor vikt vid personlig lämplighet och god samarbetsförmåga.
