Für unser STWEG\-Team in Brüttisellensuchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung ein Bewirtschaftungsprofi zur Verstärkung.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Selbständige Bewirtschaftung eines Portfolios mit STWEG Liegenschaften
  • Sicherstellung des Immobilienunterhaltes und Koordinierung der Instandhaltungs\- und Reparaturaufträgen
  • Erstellen von Zustandsberichten, Budgetplanung sowie Jahresabschlussarbeiten in Zusammenarbeit mit der Buchhaltung
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Delegierten\- STWEG und MEG Versammlungen
  • Schriftlicher und persönlicher Kontakt mit Eigentümern, Mietern, Handwerkern, Lieferanten, Ämtern und Hauswarten

Profil ------

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Bewirtschaftung von Stockwerkeigentum (eidg. Fachausweis Immobilien\-Bewirtschafter notwendig)
  • Dienstleistungsorientiert, genaue Arbeitsweise und gut organisiert
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und kompetentes Auftreten
  • Gute IT Kenntnisse (MS\-Office\-Programme, GaraioREM von Vorteil)
  • Führerschein Kat. B
