Zur Erweiterung unseres Teams suchenwir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung ein/eTeamleiter/in*Bewirtschaftung,* der/die kleine Teams an den Standorten Basel \& Laufen führt.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Führung und Betreuung zweier kleiner Bewirtschaftungsteams in Basel und Laufen
  • Verantwortlich für ein eigenes Portfolio mit Miet\-Liegenschaften und Ansprechpartner für spezifische Eigentümeranliegen
  • Aufbereitung neuer Mandate nach den betrieblichen Vorgaben bzw. Unterstützung des Bewirtschafter bei der Aufsetzung neuer Mandate
  • Unterstützung bei der Akquisition und Offertstellung von neuen Mandaten
  • Koordination und Überprüfung von Buchhaltungsabschlüssen und Budgetplanungen
  • Behandlung von Schlichtungsverfahren und Rechtsstreitigkeiten (bei Bedarf) mit Unterstützung von externen Fachpersonen

Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Bewirtschaftung von Miet\-Liegenschaften und Gewerbe\-Liegenschaften (eidg. Fachausweis Immobilienbewirtschafter/in von Vorteil)
  • Dynamische Persönlichkeit, die sich in einem komplexen Umfeld bewegen kann (Führungserfahrung von Vorteil)
  • Dienstleistungsorientierte, selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und kompetentes Auftreten
  • Gute IT Kenntnisse (MS\-Office\-Programme, GaraioREM von Vorteil)
