Vinçotte est l'un des organismes de contrôle de premier plan au Luxembourg. Nos experts se trouvent systématiquement à la pointe et vérifient la conformité des bâtiments et installations quant à l'ensemble des réglementations, autorisations, législations et prescriptions. Nous établissons des contrôles de sécurité et environnementaux à chaque phase de projet et épaulons pleinement nos clients. Pour renforcer notre équipe Customer Service nous recrutons un/e gestionnaire motivé/e et enthousiaste. Au sujet de la missionDans le suivi de nos clients au quotidien, vos principales tâches seront:• Traiter et gérer les demandes clients dans notre système,• Encodage des nouvelles demandes clients,• Ouverture des nouveaux comptes,• Modification des commandes existantes• Faire le lien avec le service commercial pour la partie devis et chiffrage et encoder les offres validées et signées;• Être l'interlocuteur privilégié pour toutes demandes clients et fournir des réponses et des renseignements adaptés;• Apporter spontanément des informations utiles concernant les autres services proposés par l'entreprise;• Assurer le suivi commercial des offres et assurer un service après-vente en cas de questions complémentaires ou de réclamations;• Participer activement à l'amélioration continue du service au client, notamment du portail client;Qu'attendons nous de vous?• Vous disposez d'une formation commerciale ou de gestion (min bac, BTS, Abitur ou Berufsausbildung) et vous avez une appétence pour les sujets techniques;• Vous possédez une expérience d'au moins 2 années dans la gestion de clients/ support clients/assistanat commercial, et vous avez la culture client en vous;• Vous maitrisez le français et l'allemand, le luxembourgeois est considéré comme un atout;• Vous êtes rigoureux et organisé avec un grand sens du détail;• Vous êtes doté d'un excellent relationnel combiné à une bonne résistance au stress;• Vous combinez proactivité et orientation solution;• Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques (MS Office); Qu'est-ce-que vous pouvez attendre de nous? • Un contrat à durée indéterminé dans un environnement dynamique à taille humaine;• Une vaste offre de formation;• Congés annuels fixés à 32 jours par an;• Chèques repas;• Portable de fonction;• Vous aurez l'opportunité de développer et d'élargir votre propre expertise;Vous pouvez compter sur notre Vinçotte Community : des collègues enthousiastes et passionnés!Rejoignez-nous !
