Our client is a leading Power and Automation Business as a Total Solution Provider Leading Company in Smart Grid and Green Businesses.

Position: Distribution Sales Engineer (Electrical Products)

Location: Bangkok/Near BTS

Type of hiring: Permanent

Working hours: 5 Days/Week

Start Date: ASAP

Job Summary:

Drive sales growth and expand distribution channels for Low Voltage (LV) electrical products by developing strategic partnerships, managing distributor networks, and supporting channel sales activities. This role works closely with distributors, dealers, panel builders, and HQ to strengthen market presence, increase revenue, and deliver excellent customer and partner support.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow distribution channels to achieve sales targets, including order management, sales forecasting, and product delivery coordination.
  • Identify, recruit, and develop new channel partners, including dealers, panel builders, and other distribution partners.
  • Act as the key liaison between local distribution partners and HQ , ensuring effective communication and business alignment.
  • Plan and execute sales and marketing initiatives to increase product awareness, partner engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Provide commercial and technical support to channel partners, enabling successful promotion and sales of LV electrical products.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Channel Management, or Distribution Management within the electrical, power, or energy industry.
  • Strong knowledge of LV (Low Voltage) electrical products and systems.
  • Proven ability to develop distribution networks and manage channel partners.
  • Good command of English (Reading, Writing, and Speaking)
  • Having a good attitude and relationship skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and independently/in teamwork.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel for customer and partner visits.
