The posting

Position: Procurement & Logistic Officer

Employment Type: Permanent

Working: 5 Days/Week (Monday - Friday) | 9 am - 6 pm

Location: Head Office Vinarco International Limited

Start Date: ASAP

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement & Logistic Officer to support procurement, logistics, and inventory activities for ICT and telecommunication projects. This role will be responsible for coordinating with suppliers, managing purchasing documentation, tracking deliveries, and ensuring materials and equipment are available according to project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement

  • Support purchasing activities for ICT materials and equipment.
  • Prepare and process procurement documents including PR, PO, quotations, and related records.
  • Coordinate with suppliers on orders, deliveries, and required documentation.
  • Conduct basic price comparisons and maintain supplier databases.

Logistics & Coordination

  • Coordinate transportation and delivery of materials and equipment to project sites.
  • Monitor shipment status and update project teams on delivery progress.
  • Assist in resolving routine logistics and delivery issues.
  • Ensure timely material availability to support project execution.

Inventory Management

  • Maintain accurate inventory records for ICT equipment and materials.
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory.
  • Support stock counts, inventory verification, labeling, and storage organization.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain procurement, logistics, and inventory documentation, including PO, invoices, and delivery records.
  • Support cost tracking and ensure documentation readiness for finance and audit purposes.
  • Prepare procurement and inventory reports as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in procurement, logistics, supply chain, experience in the telecommunications or administrative support.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
  • Basic understanding of procurement processes and documentation (PR, PO, invoices).
  • Good command of Thai and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ERP/Procurement systems (experience with Odoo is an advantage).
