Our client is a leading Electrical Solutions Provider.

Position: Service Sales Specialist (Grid Automation)

Type of Hiring: Permanent

Working Hours: Monday – Friday

Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Starting Date: ASAP

We are seeking an experienced Service Sales Specialist (Grid Automation) to drive service sales growth and expand the installed base within the automation and communication sector. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and delivering tailored service solutions that meet customer needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute service sales strategies to grow the installed base (IB) and drive revenue from automation and communication solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market analysis and customer insights.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, proposal preparation, tendering, negotiation, and closing.
  • Promote upgrades, retrofit solutions, and value-added services to meet customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions aligned with client requirements.
  • Prepare sales plans, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions to achieve targets.
  • Represent the company at client meetings and industry events to expand market presence.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and health & safety requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in Grid Automation (Automation and Communication systems).
  • Strong knowledge of service sales, automation systems, and grid automation portfolio is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing complex sales processes.
  • Strong technical understanding combined with a results-driven sales mindset.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Resilient, proactive, and able to perform well under pressure.
  • Fluency in Thai and English (both written and spoken) is required.
