Wat is het doel van je functie?

Als IT Support Manager neem je de verantwoordelijkheid op voor de IT-ondersteuning binnen onze verschillende activiteiten en Business Units van Cegelec Fire Solutions en IFC. Je zorgt voor een betrouwbare, efficiënte en toekomstgerichte IT-omgeving en rapporteert aan onze Finance Director.

Je combineert de dagelijkse aansturing van IT-support met het uitwerken van een duidelijke visie op de verdere ontwikkeling van onze IT-organisatie. Je brengt de bestaande infrastructuur, systemen en behoeften in kaart en vertaalt deze naar concrete verbeteracties en een IT-roadmap die aansluit bij onze operationele ambities.

Je begeleidt en coacht onze huidige IT-supportmedewerker en werkt nauw samen met de verschillende teams en de Program Manager die verantwoordelijk is voor innovatie. In een eerste fase ligt de nadruk op een sterke operationele basis; daarna help je ook nieuwe digitale mogelijkheden en technologische ontwikkelingen vorm te geven.

Wat zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheden?

· Je neemt de leiding over de dagelijkse IT-support en zorgt voor een snelle, klantgerichte opvolging van technische vragen en incidenten.

· Je bewaakt de stabiliteit, beschikbaarheid en betrouwbaarheid van onze IT-infrastructuur en garandeert de continu teit van onze activiteiten.

· Je coacht en ondersteunt de huidige IT-supportmedewerker en zorgt voor een heldere taakverdeling, prioriteiten en werkafspraken.

· Je organiseert een vlotte IT-onboarding van nieuwe collega's, inclusief laptops, software, accounts en toegangsrechten.

· Je analyseert onze huidige IT-omgeving, brengt knelpunten en toekomstige behoeften in kaart en stelt structurele verbeteringen voor.

· Je ontwikkelt een toekomstgerichte IT-roadmap en adviseert over de gewenste teamstructuur, competenties en eventuele bijkomende middelen.

· Je vertaalt de behoeften van onze Business Units naar praktische IT-oplossingen en ondersteunt de verdere digitalisering van processen.

· Je zorgt dat collega's over geschikte hardware, software en digitale hulpmiddelen beschikken om efficiënt te kunnen werken.

· Je volgt relevante technologische ontwikkelingen op, waaronder AI, BIM, AutoCAD en andere toepassingen binnen onze technische activiteiten.

· Je werkt nauw samen met de Program Manager Innovation om operationele IT en toekomstige innovatieprojecten op elkaar af te stemmen.

· Je neemt een proactieve adviesrol op en bouwt sterke samenwerkingsrelaties uit met interne stakeholders en externe IT-partners.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

· Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in IT of een gelijkwaardige ervaring en hebt aantoonbare ervaring in IT-support en IT-beheer.

· Je hebt ervaring met het coördineren van IT-activiteiten en het begeleiden of coachen van collega's.

· Je beschikt over een brede technische kennis van IT-infrastructuur, werkplekomgevingen, software, gebruikersbeheer en operationele ondersteuning.

· Je bent in staat om een bestaande IT-omgeving kritisch te analyseren en een realistisch verbeterplan en roadmap uit te werken.

· Je hebt affiniteit met digitalisering, AI en nieuwe technologieën; kennis van BIM, AutoCAD of technische projectomgevingen is een troef.

· Je combineert een hands-on mentaliteit met strategisch inzicht en denkt steeds vanuit de behoeften van de business.

· Je bent communicatief sterk, servicegericht, gestructureerd en weet prioriteiten te stellen bij uiteenlopende vragen.

· Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt initiatief en bent bereid om onze verschillende vestigingen te bezoeken.

· Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands; kennis van het Frans en Engels is een belangrijke troef.
