Hier krijg je die kans: een no-nonsense functie, in een team waar samenwerking primeert, aan projecten die echt tellen voor de toekomst van onze gebouwen en het klimaat.Wat ga je doen?Wat je doet als projectleider energetische renovatie:

  • Je leidt renovatieprojecten van A tot Z met een focus op de buitenschil (daken, ramen, gevels...)
  • Je coördineert ventilatie- en sanitaire binnenwerken, zonnepanelen en brandveiligheid
  • Je stelt lange- en kortetermijnplanningen op en bewaakt het budget
  • Je stuurt arbeiders en onderaannemers aan en zorgt voor een realistische planning
  • Je leidt werfvergaderingen en onderhoudt het contact met klanten
  • Je ondersteunt je assistent- en junior projectleiders
  • Je bestelt materialen en controleert meetstaten
  • Je combineert praktisch leiderschap met inhoudelijke en bouwtechnische kennis

  • Bewoonde appartementsgebouwen & sociale paviljoenen
  • Heropbouw van de buitenschil: gevels, ramen, daken, gevelbekleding, terrassen
  • Binnenaanpassingen: ventilatie, sanitair, zonnepanelen, brandveiligheid
  • Team van polyvalente ruwbouwarbeiders en vaste partners
  • Je hebt een bachelor in bouwkunde
  • Je hebt ervaring als projectleider – hoe meer praktijkinzicht, hoe beter
  • Je bent een coördinator met pit, iemand die zelfstandig knopen doorhakt
  • Je kan helder communiceren, zowel op de werf als richting klant
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en toont initiatief zonder drama
  • Je wil mee bouwen aan gebouwen van morgen
