Als senior ontwerper aluminium schrijnwerk krijg je de vrijheid om systemen van nul te bedenken, te verbeteren en te zien uitgroeien tot échte producten in de fabriek. Geen eindeloze vergaderingen, maar actie, variatie en directe impact op het resultaat.Wat ga je doen?

  • Je ontwerpt en optimaliseert aluminium schrijnwerksystemen, waarbij je ongeveer 70% van je tijd aan bureauwerk spendeert en 30% overleg hebt met collega’s of klanten.
  • Je vertaalt klantenvragen en architecturale uitdagingen naar concrete, maakbare oplossingen.
  • Je werkt concepten uit van schets tot 2D-tekening en 3D-model in AutoCAD en Inventor.
  • Je werkt samen met de testingenieurs die jouw getekende producten effectief maken.
  • Je ondersteunt jouw collega's R&D door hen te laten focussen op detailwerk, zodat jij je kan concentreren op de grotere lijnen.
  • Je bezoekt een tiental keer per jaar een werf of klant om situaties in realiteit te beoordelen.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat jouw ontwerpen ook effectief geproduceerd en succesvol verkocht worden.

  • Je hebt ervaring met aluminium schrijnwerk of PVC-profielen en weet hoe stabiliteit, waterdichtheid en detaillering werken.
  • Je kan zelfstandig ontwerpen bedenken en verbeteren, zonder dat iemand je moet uitleggen wat een vleugelprofiel of middendichting is.
  • Je denkt analytisch en gestructureerd en houdt overzicht over het geheel.
  • Je werkt praktisch en efficiënt, en weet tegelijk goed samen te werken met testingenieurs en collega’s.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands.
