Je hebt ervaring als elektricien en weet hoe het eraan toegaat op de werf.Je leest plannen, denkt vooruit en helpt collega’s waar nodig. Nu ben je klaar voor de volgende stap: meer verantwoordelijkheid opnemen en je ploeg technisch aansturen.Je blijft zelf meewerken op de werf, maar neemt ook de leiding en zorgt ervoor dat de werken vlot, veilig en volgens plan verlopen.Wat ga je doen?Als Werfleider Elektriciteit ben jij het hart van onze projecten en de motor achter het succes van elke werf. Jij zorgt voor de dagelijkse coördinatie van de werken, begeleidt en motiveert je team van techniekers, en zorgt ervoor dat alles volgens plan en binnen de tijdsplanning wordt gerealiseerd.Jouw taken op een rij:

  • Coördineren van de dagelijkse activiteiten op de werf: van installatie en onderhoud van elektrische systemen tot het testen en indienststellen van installaties.
  • Leidinggeven aan een team van techniekers, waarbij jij het eerste aanspreekpunt bent en hen stimuleert om topkwaliteit te leveren.
  • Zorgen voor een vlotte uitvoering van de werken en het naleven van veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Het controleren van de kwaliteit van het werk en zorgen voor de administratieve opvolging van de werf, zoals het invullen van opvolgingsdocumenten en het up-to-date houden van schema’s.
  • Het beheren van de materialen op de werf en tijdig bestellen van benodigdheden.
  • Actief meewerken op de werf, van het plaatsen van kabelbanen en het aansluiten van elektrische systemen tot het bedraden van elektrische kasten.

Waar ga je werken?Bauwens Elektromontage in Lokeren, uw betrouwbare partner voor alle industriële elektriciteitswerken en automatisering van HVAC-systemen Ervaring als werfleider in het industriële en het elektrische in de HVAC-installaties (NIET het mechanische!!)Je hebt leidinggevende kwaliteiten en een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.Je werkt nauwkeurig, flexibel en hebt oog voor detail.Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels (Frans is een plus).Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
