Ben je technisch sterk, neem je graag verantwoordelijkheid en denk je liever in oplossingen dan in problemen. Maar wil je meer dan alleen de dagelijkse IT draaiende houden. Wil je richting geven, mensen sterker maken en bepalen hoe een internationale IT-omgeving er mag uitzien.Als IT Infrastructure Manager combineer je jouw brede technische kennis met leiderschap en strategisch inzicht. Je krijgt de autonomie om een internationaal IT-team aan te sturen, grote infrastructuurprojecten te leiden en de IT-omgeving van verschillende vestigingen verder te professionaliseren.Wat ga je doen?

  • Je stuurt een internationaal team van 8 à 9 IT-medewerkers aan binnen Infrastructure, Network, Security en Support.
  • Je bepaalt de IT-roadmap, bewaakt budgetten en onderhandelt met leveranciers en externe partners.
  • Je neemt de leiding over internationale projecten zoals domeinmigraties, securityverbeteringen en infrastructuurvernieuwingen.
  • Je bewaakt de technische omgeving met onder andere Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, netwerken en firewalls.
  • Je verbindt business en IT, neemt beslissingen bij complexe technische vraagstukken en zorgt voor meer uniformiteit tussen de internationale sites.

Waar ga je werken?Onze klant is actief in een internationale productieomgeving en beschikt over verschillende vestigingen wereldwijd. Vanuit België wordt de IT-infrastructuur centraal aangestuurd, met aandacht voor security, continuïteit en verdere digitalisering. Je krijgt er de kans om mee te bouwen aan een gestandaardiseerde IT-omgeving en rechtstreeks impact te hebben op de werking van de organisatie.

  • Je hebt een brede kennis van IT-infrastructuur, waaronder Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualisatie, networking en security.
  • Je combineert technische expertise met een natuurlijke aanleg voor leiderschap en het begeleiden van collega's.
  • Je denkt analytisch, redeneert logisch en kunt technische keuzes op lange termijn onderbouwen.
  • Je bent besluitvaardig, communiceert vlot in het Engels en weet interne stakeholders en externe partners mee te krijgen.
  • Je neemt initiatief, houdt van een no-nonsense aanpak en voelt je thuis in een internationale productieomgeving. Een specifiek diploma is minder belangrijk dan wat je technisch en persoonlijk in huis hebt.
