Krijg jij energie van processen slimmer te maken en digitale oplossingen te ontwikkelen die echt het verschil maken? In deze functie combineer je jouw analytische blik met een sterke interesse in automatisatie en procesoptimalisatie. Je werkt nauw samen met de business en IT en krijgt de ruimte om verbeteringen van idee tot implementatie mee vorm te geven.Wat ga je doen?

  • Je vertaalt de behoeften van productie, planning en kwaliteit naar duidelijke functionele vereisten voor digitale oplossingen.
  • Je analyseert bedrijfsprocessen en detecteert kansen om efficiënter te werken via automatisatie en slimme applicaties.
  • Je vormt de brug tussen de business, business analisten en ontwikkelaars en bewaakt de goede samenwerking.
  • Je volgt verbeterprojecten op, neemt deel aan workshops en sprintplanningen en rapporteert over de voortgang.
  • Je test en valideert oplossingen, analyseert feedback en data en stelt verbeteringen voor om de applicaties optimaal te laten presteren.

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in IT, bedrijfskunde of een vergelijkbare richting.
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring als Functioneel Analist, bij voorkeur binnen een SAP-omgeving.
  • Ervaring in een productieomgeving met internationale activiteiten is een mooie troef.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk, communiceert vlot en werkt graag samen met verschillende stakeholders.
  • Je hebt ervaring met Agile/Scrum, spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels en hebt bij voorkeur ook kennis van het Frans.
