Complexe onderdelen frezen die tot op de millimeter moeten kloppen? Als CNC-frezer werk je met geavanceerde machines aan kleine reeksen aluminium onderdelen waar precisie en technisch inzicht het verschil maken. Je stelt je machines zelfstandig in, bewaakt de kwaliteit en denkt mee over hoe programma’s en bewerkingen nog beter kunnen. Je komt terecht in een innovatieve productieomgeving waar jouw vakkennis telt en je de ruimte krijgt om verder te groeien.Wat ga je doen?

  • Je stelt CNC-gestuurde freesmachines zelfstandig in en bedient ze voor het bewerken van complexe aluminium onderdelen.
  • Je leest mechanische tekeningen en CNC-programma’s om de juiste bewerkingsmethode en instellingen te bepalen.
  • Je controleert de afgewerkte onderdelen met nauwkeurige meettechnieken en bewaakt de kwaliteit tijdens het productieproces.
  • Je denkt mee over verbeteringen aan de kwaliteit en optimalisaties van CNC-programma’s.
  • Je zorgt voor een methodische werkwijze en houdt je werkplek netjes en veilig.

Waar ga je werken?Je komt terecht in een groeiend hightechbedrijf waar precisiewerk en innovatie hand in hand gaan. Je werkt in een gespecialiseerd freescentrum met moderne apparatuur en maakt deel uit van een hecht team met korte communicatielijnen. Kwaliteit staat voorop, maar er is ook ruimte om ideeën aan te brengen, kennis te delen en nieuwe technieken te leren kennen.

  • Je hebt een opleiding A2 (elektro)mechanica gevolgd of beschikt over gelijkwaardige technische ervaring.
  • Je kan zelfstandig CNC-freesmachines instellen en bedienen en hebt inzicht in het bewerken van complexe onderdelen.
  • Je leest mechanische tekeningen vlot en beschikt over een grondige kennis van meettechnieken.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met CNC-programma’s en wil je hierin verder verdiepen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en methodisch, hebt oog voor kwaliteit en staat open voor nieuwe technologieën. Werken in twee ploegen past bij jou.
