Heb jij ervaring met CNC-machines en werk je graag nauwkeurig? Zoek je een stabiele job waar je zelfstandig aan de slag kan, maar ook de kans krijgt om je kennis verder uit te breiden? Dan is dit een mooie uitdaging binnen een gespecialiseerde productieomgeving.Wat ga je doen?Afhankelijk van je afdeling werk je met verschillende metaalbewerkingsmachines.

  • Je bedient werktuigmachines zoals CNC-draaibanken, freesmachines, boormachines, slijpers of laserlasinstallaties.
  • Je volgt het productieproces op en controleert regelmatig de snijgereedschappen.
  • Je voert metingen en kwaliteitscontroles uit op de afgewerkte stukken.
  • Je grijpt in wanneer je afwijkingen opmerkt en bewaakt de kwaliteit van je werk.
  • Na een interne opleiding leer je machines zelfstandig in- en omstellen bij productiewissels.

Waar ga je werken?Je komt terecht bij een internationale speler die aandrijfsystemen en versnellingsbakken ontwikkelt en produceert voor offroadvoertuigen. In de Belgische vestiging werk je met moderne machines en maak je deel uit van een team waar vakkennis, kwaliteit en samenwerking centraal staan. Je bent een mature medewerker met een technische achtergrond en relevante ervaring. Je kan zelfstandig werken en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor de kwaliteit die je aflevert.

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding A2/A3, bij voorkeur in mechanica, elektromechanica of werktuigmachines, of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je hebt ervaring met CNC-draaien, frezen, vertanding, CNC-slijpen, harddraaien of laserlassen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit en detail.
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt uitstekend Nederlands.
  • Je bent leergierig en staat open voor bijkomende opleidingen en verantwoordelijkheden.
