Heb jij al enkele jaren ervaring als CNC-operator en weet je wat er nodig is om een machine zelfstandig draaiende te houden? Je wilt je kennis kunnen gebruiken, verantwoordelijkheid krijgen en werken aan stukken die technisch wat meer uitdaging bieden. Bij deze werkgever krijg je die ruimte. Je werkt met CNC-draai- en freesmachines, stelt zelf je machines in en denkt mee over de juiste aanpak. Daar staat een loon vanaf €18,00 per uur, 32 verlofdagen en een moderne werkomgeving tegenover.Wat ga je doen?

  • Je stelt CNC-draai- en freesmachines volledig zelfstandig in aan de hand van technische tekeningen.
  • Je kiest de juiste gereedschappen en stelt parameters en programma’s correct in.
  • Je werkt zowel aan stukwerk als aan kleine series, waardoor geen dag exact hetzelfde is.
  • Je controleert je eigen stukken en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je denkt mee over een efficiënte werkwijze en grijpt zelfstandig in wanneer er zich een technisch probleem voordoet.

Waar ga je werken?Je komt terecht in een groeiende KMO die gespecialiseerd is in technische metaalconstructies voor machinebouwers en constructeurs. Veel opdrachten zijn maatwerk of kleine series, waardoor je als ervaren CNC-operator echt betrokken bent bij het volledige productieproces.Hier wordt niet verwacht dat je gewoon een programma start en de rest van de dag afwacht. Je ervaring telt mee. Je krijgt de vrijheid om zelfstandig te werken, maar kan rekenen op collega's wanneer overleg nodig is.

  • Je hebt ruime ervaring als CNC-operator en kan zelfstandig een machine instellen.
  • Je kan technische tekeningen lezen en weet hoe je meetgereedschappen correct gebruikt.
  • Je hebt voldoende technische kennis om zelf beslissingen te nemen tijdens het productieproces.
  • Ervaring met Fanuc is een mooie troef.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, verantwoordelijk en hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands, Frans of Engels.
