Steek je graag de handen uit de mouwen en werk je het liefst buiten? Dan vind je hier een job waarin je elke dag fysiek bezig bent en samen met je collega’s mooie resultaten neerzet. Je werkt mee aan de aanleg en herstelling van parkings, asfaltverhardingen en grondwerken. Ervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar jouw motivatie en werkattitude zijn minstens even belangrijk. Je krijgt de kans om het vak stap voor stap te leren en door te groeien in een bedrijf waar iedereen mee de schouders onder het werk zet.Wat ga je doen?

  • Je helpt bij het aanleggen en herstellen van asfalt, bijvoorbeeld op parkings en kleinere terreinen.
  • Je bereidt de werken voor door oude verhardingen uit te breken, de ondergrond klaar te maken en materialen aan te voeren.
  • Je werkt samen met je collega’s aan de asfaltverdeling en helpt waar nodig met scheppen, vegen en afwerken.
  • Je voert grondwerken uit, zoals sleuven maken, buizen plaatsen en verbinden, en klinkers leggen.
  • Je vertrekt meestal rond 6 uur vanuit Oedelem naar werven in West- en Oost-Vlaanderen. Rechtstreeks naar de werf rijden is soms ook mogelijk.

Waar ga je werken?Je komt terecht in een groeiend bedrijf waar je samenwerkt in een klein team en waar de zaakvoerder zelf weet wat werken op de werf inhoudt. Hij steekt mee de handen uit de mouwen wanneer dat nodig is en verwacht dat iedereen zijn verantwoordelijkheid neemt. De sfeer is familiaal en praktisch: je weet wat er moet gebeuren, helpt elkaar vooruit en kan rekenen op begeleiding terwijl je het vak leert.

  • Je bent graag fysiek bezig en werkt het liefst buiten, op verschillende werven.
  • Je hebt een goede werkattitude en steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen.
  • Je werkt graag samen met collega’s en helpt mee om de klus goed af te werken.
  • Je hebt interesse in asfalt- en grondwerken; ervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar geen must.
  • Je hebt een rijbewijs CE met code 95 en staat ervoor open om je verder te ontwikkelen en nieuwe vaardigheden aan te leren.
