The posting

In deze functie krijg je de kans om je technische kennis verder uit te bouwen binnen een gevarieerde productieomgeving. Je werkt aan machines met elektrische en mechanische sturingen, analyseert storingen en leert hoe je technische problemen efficiënt oplost. Daarnaast krijg je de mogelijkheid om je kennis van programmering, robotica en machinebesturing verder te ontwikkelen. Je wordt op de werkvloer begeleid door ervaren techniekers en krijgt de ruimte om steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen. Ook als je nog niet veel ervaring hebt, kan je hier groeien door opleiding en praktijkervaring. Een technische functie voor iemand die graag bijleert en zich verder wil verdiepen in productietechniek.Wat ga je doen?

  • Je analyseert en verhelpt technische storingen aan verschillende productiemachines.
  • Je ondersteunt bij matrijswissels en voert technische interventies uit om de productie vlot te laten verlopen.
  • Je werkt met elektrisch en mechanisch gestuurde machines en verdiept je verder in hun werking.
  • Je programmeert machines en leest technische plannen om problemen gericht te analyseren.
  • Je werkt samen met ervaren techniekers en denkt mee over technische oplossingen en verbeteringen.

Waar ga je werken?Je komt terecht in een familiale technische omgeving waar opleiding en ontwikkeling belangrijk zijn. Je werkt samen met ervaren techniekers die hun kennis delen en je begeleiden in je verdere groei. Er is ruimte om je technische expertise te verbreden en steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding gevolgd, bijvoorbeeld in elektromechanica, elektriciteit of een gelijkaardige richting. Ervaring is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in techniek en bij voorkeur kennis van mechanica, elektronica, robotica of programmeren.
  • Je bent analytisch, leergierig en bent bereid om in 2 ploegen te werken. BA4 en BA5 zijn een extra troef.
