In deze functie leer je complexe CNC-draaibanken programmeren, instellen en bedienen. Je hoeft nog geen ervaren CNC-specialist te zijn, maar een goede technische basis en inzicht in wiskunde zijn wel belangrijk. De machines zijn geavanceerd en vragen tijd, concentratie en doorzettingsvermogen om ze volledig onder de knie te krijgen.Je wordt persoonlijk opgeleid door een ervaren collega die je stap voor stap begeleidt. Naarmate je meer kennis en ervaring opbouwt, krijg je steeds meer zelfstandigheid en vrijheid in je werk.Wat ga je doen?

  • Je stelt CNC-draaibanken in en leert de programma's correct invoeren en aanpassen en je programmeert de machines aan de hand van technische tekeningen en productiegegevens
  • Je controleert afmetingen, toleranties en andere technische specificaties en je volgt de werking van de machines op en grijpt in wanneer instellingen of productie niet volgens plan verlopen
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de machines zo efficiënt mogelijk draaien en beperkt onnodige stilstand en je werkt met computers en technische programma's om de productie correct voor te bereiden
  • Je houdt rekening met de planning en zorgt ervoor dat de opdrachten nauwkeurig worden uitgevoerd
  • Je leert de verschillende technieken stap voor stap aan. Het doel is dat je op termijn zelfstandig meerdere complexe machines kunt programmeren, instellen en opvolgen

Waar ga je werken?Je gaat aan de slag bij een gespecialiseerd metaalbedrijf in de regio Wingene, waar met geavanceerde CNC-draaibanken wordt gewerkt. De machines zijn technisch complex en vragen een combinatie van programmeerkennis, wiskundig inzicht en nauwkeurigheid.Je komt terecht in een toegankelijk team met collega's die zelfstandig hun werk uitvoeren en elkaar helpen waar nodig. De opleiding wordt persoonlijk opgevolgd door een ervaren verantwoordelijke. Tijdens je leertraject kun je bij hem terecht met vragen en krijg je de nodige ondersteuning om de machines stap voor stap te leren beheersen.Wanneer je voldoende ervaring hebt opgebouwd, krijg je veel vrijheid om je werk zelfstandig te organiseren.

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een opleiding gevolgd in metaal, werktuigkunde, CNC-technieken of een gelijkaardige technische richting en je hebt basiskennis van metaalbewerking en technisch inzicht
  • Je kunt technische tekeningen lezen en hebt inzicht in afmetingen, toleranties en boringen en je bent goed met cijfers en kunt logisch redeneren
  • Je kunt vlot met computers werken en staat open om technische programma's te leren gebruiken
