Ben jij technisch aangelegd, werk je graag nauwkeurig en haal je voldoening uit mechanisch werk? Heb je ervaring met autotechniek, machines of lassen? Dan krijg je hier de kans om je vakkennis in te zetten en verder uit te bouwen binnen een gespecialiseerd team.Wat ga je doen?Je staat in voor het herstellen en opnieuw samenstellen van hydraulische cilinders.

  • Je demonteert cilinders en controleert de verschillende onderdelen op slijtage of schade.
  • Je reinigt onderdelen en vervangt dichtingen en andere noodzakelijke componenten.
  • Je monteert de cilinders opnieuw en test de werking.
  • Je last onderdelen met halfautomaat of elektrode wanneer nodig.
  • Je maakt herstelrapporten op en zorgt voor een nette, kwalitatieve afwerking.

Waar ga je werken?Je komt terecht bij een stabiel familiebedrijf dat gespecialiseerd is in de ontwikkeling en herstelling van hydraulische cilinders, pompen, motoren en ventielen. Het bedrijf is actief in een internationale nichemarkt en beschikt over een moderne, goed uitgeruste werkplaats.Je werkt in een klein en hecht team waar collega's elkaar kennen, eerlijk communiceren en elkaar helpen. Geen ingewikkelde structuren, maar een no-nonsense aanpak met respect en een gezonde dosis humor. Je bent een ervaren vakpersoon met technisch inzicht. Je kan logisch nadenken, werkt graag met je handen en weet hoe je gereedschap correct gebruikt.

  • Je hebt ervaring in een technische functie, bijvoorbeeld binnen autotechniek, machineonderhoud of mechanische herstellingen.
  • Je hebt een goede mechanische kennis en technisch inzicht; voorkennis van hydraulica is een pluspunt.
  • Je kan lassen met halfautomaat en/of elektrode, of hebt hiervoor relevante ervaring.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, ordelijk en zelfstandig.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en past goed in een klein team.
