Liever bouwen en sleutelen dan de hele dag stilzitten? Kippenbakken monteren, kranen opbouwen, hydraulische systemen aansluiten en vrachtwagens helemaal klaarzetten voor gebruik. Dat is pas technisch werk waar je je tanden in kan zetten. Voor een bedrijf dat tweedehands vrachtwagens opnieuw op punt stelt en nieuwe vrachtwagens opbouwt, zoeken we een monteur-lasser met technische kennis en goesting om aan te pakken. Je werkt aan uiteenlopende voertuigen en installaties. Geen werk waarbij je elke dag exact hetzelfde doet, maar een job waarin je technische inzicht en vakkennis echt nodig zijn.Je bouwt mee aan vrachtwagens die klaar moeten zijn voor hun volgende opdracht.

  • Nieuwe en tweedehands vrachtwagens opbouwen, zoals kipwagens, kraanwagens, containerhaaksystemen en vuilniswagens.
  • Technische tekeningen en opdrachten omzetten naar praktisch werk.
  • Halfautomatische laswerken uitvoeren.
  • Mechanische constructies monteren en afwerken.
  • Hydraulische componenten installeren en aansluiten.
  • Kipper-, kraan- en containersystemen aansluiten waar nodig.
  • Hydraulische flexibels op maat persen.
  • Controleren of onderdelen correct gemonteerd zijn en systemen goed functioneren.
  • Je ziet dus wat je gemaakt hebt. Van losse onderdelen en constructies naar een vrachtwagen die technisch klaarstaat.

Waar ga je werken?Je komt terecht bij een onderneming die nieuwe en tweedehands vrachtwagens ombouwt en technisch afwerkt. Dankzij verschillende afdelingen blijft de familiale sfeer behouden. Je leert het werk kennen met hulp van ervaren collega's en krijgt een peter of meter die je op weg helpt. We zoeken iemand die techniek graag in de vingers heeft en niet bang is om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen.

  • Je hebt ervaring met constructiewerk of vrachtwagenopbouw.
  • Je volgde een opleiding lassen of hebt relevante laservaring.
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en kan technische plannen lezen.
  • Je beschikt over kennis van hydrauliek, materiaalkunde en sterkteleer.
  • Je kan halfautomatisch lassen of hebt hier al ervaring mee.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar functioneert ook goed in een team.
  • Je hebt interesse in vrachtwagens, machines en technische constructies.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands, zodat je veiligheidsinstructies goed begrijpt en opvolgt.
  • Belangrijk: technische kennis is noodzakelijk. Je hoeft niet alles over elk type vrachtwagen te weten, maar je moet wel een stevige technische basis hebben en die in de praktijk kunnen toepassen.
