Haal je voldoening uit metaalwerk dat tot in de puntjes klopt?Voor de ombouw van bestelwagens en vrachtwagens tot koelwagens zoeken we iemand met technisch inzicht en gevoel voor constructie. Je werkt mee aan de opbouw van verschillende onderdelen, voert laswerk uit en zorgt ervoor dat alles correct gemonteerd wordt. Je hoeft de specifieke werkwijze nog niet volledig te kennen: je krijgt de kans om die op de werkvloer aan te leren.Wat ga je doen?

  • Je monteert isotherme kasten op chassis en bouwt zo mee aan de basis van een koelwagen.
  • Je zorgt voor de montage van onderdelen zoals spatborden, fietsbescherming en koelunits.
  • Je helpt mee om laadliften correct te plaatsen.
  • Je sluit verlichting aan en voert de nodige elektrische aansluitingen uit.
  • Je gebruikt de halfautomaat voor laswerken aan verschillende onderdelen.
  • Je controleert de afwerking en zorgt ervoor dat alles netjes en stevig gemonteerd is.

Waar ga je werken?Je komt terecht in een onderneming die zich specialiseert in koelombouwingen van bestelwagens en vrachtwagens. Daarbij gaat het onder meer om isotherme opbouwen, koelinstallaties en laadliften. Je werkt dus aan verschillende onderdelen die samen één functioneel geheel vormen.

  • Je hebt een technische achtergrond of ervaring in metaalbewerking, constructie of montage.
  • Je kan werken met een halfautomaat. TIG-lassen is een extra troef.
  • Je hebt een basiskennis elektriciteit.
