The posting

Je werkt in een productieomgeving binnen een gieterij. Geen propere showroom, maar een echte technische omgeving waar machines blijven draaien en waar jouw werk het verschil maakt. Het is een ruwere werkplek met collega’s van verschillende nationaliteiten. Hier telt vooral wat je kan en hoe je werkt, niet hoeveel je zegt.Wat ga je doen?Je zorgt ervoor dat het machinepark blijft draaien zoals het moet. Concreet betekent dit:

  • Elektrisch en elektronisch onderhoud uitvoeren
  • Storingen opsporen en oplossen (zowel preventief als curatief)
  • Zelfstandig fouten analyseren en onderdelen herstellen of vervangen
  • Controles en metingen uitvoeren
  • Meedenken over verbeteringen aan installaties
  • Samenwerken met andere techniekers en kennis delen
  • Op termijn ook kleine technische projecten opnemen

Waar ga je werken?Ons bedrijf is de grootste fabrikant ter wereld van hoogtechnologische weefmachines. Het bedrijf ontwikkelt, produceert en verkoopt deze machines. Ook hebben ze upgradekits, wisselstukken en digitale diensten. De klant is een internationale, klantgerichte groep die gespecialiseerd is in de ontwikkeling, productie en verkoop van hoogtechnologische producten, systemen en diensten.

  • Sterke kennis elektriciteit (must)
  • Ervaring met PLC’s
  • Basiskennis hydraulica en pneumatica is mooi meegenomen
  • Technische opleiding of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en pakt problemen zelf aan
  • Je bent bereid om in 2 ploegen te werken
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld en laat je niet afschrikken door een stevige werkomgeving
