Ben je graag actief bezig en zoek je een vaste job waarin je weet wat er van je verwacht wordt? In deze productieomgeving zorg je ervoor dat veevoeding correct wordt verwerkt en verpakt. Je werkt met machines, houdt het productieproces in de gaten en steekt zelf de handen uit de mouwen. Daarbij kan je rekenen op een klein team waarin collega's elkaar kennen en ondersteunenWat ga je doen?Als productieoperator zorg je ervoor dat de afgewerkte producten in de juiste hoeveelheden worden verdeeld en klaar zijn voor de volgende stap. Je houdt de machines draaiende, volgt het proces op en grijpt in wanneer er iets fout loopt.Je takenpakket bestaat uit:

  • Instellen en bedienen van de productiemachines
  • Afgewerkte producten met behulp van een machine verdelen in porties van 20 à 25 kg
  • Het productieproces nauwlettend opvolgen
  • Storingen of afwijkingen opmerken en waar mogelijk verhelpen
  • Fysieke werkzaamheden uitvoeren tijdens het productieproces
  • Controleren of de producten correct verwerkt worden
  • Veilig en nauwkeurig omgaan met machines en materialen
  • Samenwerken met collega's om de productie vlot te laten verlopen

Waar ga je werken?Je komt terecht bij een gevestigde producent binnen de veevoedingssector. In deze productieomgeving wordt dagelijks gewerkt aan kwalitatieve producten voor de landbouw. Je maakt deel uit van een kleiner team waar collega's elkaar kennen en waar er mogelijkheden zijn om op termijn verder te groeien binnen de organisatie Wat wordt er verwacht van je?

  • Ervaring binnen een productieomgeving
  • Bereidheid om fysiek werk uit te voeren
  • Een praktische ingesteldheid en zin om de handen uit de mouwen te steken
  • Nauwkeurig kunnen werken met aandacht voor kwaliteit en veiligheid
  • Storingen of afwijkingen tijdig kunnen opmerken
  • Een betrouwbare werkhouding en vlotte samenwerking met collega's
  • Bereidheid om in 2 ploegen te werken
