The posting

In deze functie plaats je binnendeuren, maatkasten en gyprocwanden bij klanten. Je werkt in een klein team waar collega's elkaar kennen, helpen en hun ervaring delen. Er wordt belang gehecht aan een verzorgde afwerking en duidelijke afspraken, zodat je de ruimte krijgt om je werk goed te doen. Je hoeft niet alles alleen op te lossen: je kunt rekenen op collega's en een zaakvoerder die nauw bij de projecten betrokken blijft.Wat ga je doen?

  • Je plaatst binnendeuren, maatkasten en gyprocwanden bij klanten en je voert schrijnwerk uit, zoals zagen, boren, monteren en afwerken
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat alles correct geplaatst wordt en de afwerking netjes is en je vertrekt elke ochtend samen met je collega's vanuit het bedrijf naar de werf
  • Je werkt zelfstandig aan je taken, maar overlegt met je collega's wanneer dat nodig is
  • Je helpt af en toe mee in het atelier bij de voorbereiding van maatwerk
  • Je denkt praktisch mee wanneer je op de werf voor een uitdaging staat

Waar ga je werken?Je gaat aan de slag in een kleinschalig familiebedrijf waar verschillende collega's al jarenlang samenwerken. De zaakvoerder blijft nauw betrokken bij de dagelijkse werking en staat zelf regelmatig op de werf of helpt bij opmetingen. Daardoor zijn de communicatielijnen kort en kun je snel overleggen wanneer je ergens tegenaan loopt.De sfeer is open en gemoedelijk. Er wordt stevig doorgewerkt, maar zonder onnodige druk. Collega's helpen elkaar wanneer dat nodig is en zoeken samen naar praktische oplossingen. Je hoeft dus niet met elk probleem alleen te blijven zitten.Het bedrijf heeft door de jaren heen een sterke reputatie opgebouwd met kwalitatief maatwerk en een correcte service. Als plaatser zie je elke dag het resultaat van je werk en draag je rechtstreeks bij aan projecten waar klanten tevreden over zijn.

  • Je hebt ervaring in schrijnwerk, interieurafwerking of een vergelijkbare praktische functie en je werkt graag met je handen en hebt oog voor een verzorgde afwerking
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar vindt het ook belangrijk om samen met collega's tot een goed resultaat te komen
  • Je denkt praktisch na wanneer iets anders loopt dan gepland en zoekt samen met je collega's naar een oplossing
