Je komt terecht in een hecht team van 3 tot 4 collega’s waar samenwerking en duidelijke communicatie centraal staan. De sfeer is aangenaam en de meeste mensen werken hier al meerdere jaren. Je bent geen nummer, maar een vaste waarde op de werf. Er is veel overleg tussen bureau en werf en je krijgt ondersteuning wanneer nodig, zowel ter plaatse als vanop afstand via tablet en software.Wat ga je doen?Als werfleider blijf je verantwoordelijk voor jouw werf van ruwbouw tot oplevering.

  • Dagelijkse rondgang op de werf en korte briefing aan het team
  • Rapporteren aan de projectleider met een dagelijks verslag
  • Meehelpen waar nodig bij technische werken zoals stookruimtes, borden bekabelen en complexere installaties
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van de planning en deadlines
  • Materiaalbeheer en bestellingen opvolgen
  • Aansturen en delegeren van taken aan eigen mensen en vaste onderaannemers
  • Zorgen voor orde, netheid en een professionele werf

Waar ga je werken?Je werkt in een organisatie waar vertrouwen, communicatie en vakkennis belangrijk zijn. Werfleiders krijgen vrijheid om hun werf op hun manier te organiseren, binnen duidelijke afspraken en deadlines. Evaluaties gebeuren op planning, rendabiliteit, orde, materiaalgebruik en samenwerking, niet op loze cijfers.

  • Minimum A2-diploma
  • Ervaring als industrieel elektricien
  • Gewoon om grotere werven te organiseren zoals kantoren, scholen, appartementen of industriële projecten
  • Je kan een planning opstellen en deze ook effectief realiseren
  • Je durft delegeren en verantwoordelijkheid opnemen
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en bewaart overzicht
  • Je bent flexibel en organisatorisch sterk
