Heb je ervaring in een productieomgeving en neem je graag verantwoordelijkheid? Werk je nauwkeurig, houd je van duidelijke afspraken en help je collega's graag vooruit? Dan krijg je hier de kans om jouw ervaring in te zetten én stap voor stap door te groeien naar een leidinggevende functie. Je start als operator, maar krijgt de opleiding en begeleiding om op middellange termijn door te groeien tot volwaardig zaalverantwoordelijke. Zo bouw je verder aan je ervaring, met vertrouwen en perspectief.Wat ga je doen?In de productiezalen zorg je er samen met je collega's voor dat de productie vlot, veilig en volgens de kwaliteitsnormen verloopt.

  • Je stelt de productielijnen in en controleert de parameters, zodat alles correct blijft draaien.
  • Je volgt het productieproces nauwgezet op, met aandacht voor temperatuur, kwaliteit, productiesnelheid en hygiëne.
  • Je werkt mee aan een goede organisatie van de productiezaal en bewaart het overzicht tijdens de productie.
  • Je stuurt mee een team van 4 à 5 productiemedewerkers aan en helpt hen waar nodig.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met het labo, de supervisors en de techniekers om problemen tijdig op te merken en aan te pakken.
  • Wanneer de chef afwezig is, neem je indien nodig mee de leiding en zorg je ervoor dat de werkzaamheden goed blijven verlopen.

Waar ga je werken?Je komt terecht in een gevestigde speler in de verwerking van zeevruchten, met een moderne productieomgeving in Oostende. Kwaliteit, voedselveiligheid en hygiëne zijn er essentieel.Je werkt samen met collega's die elk hun rol opnemen om de productie goed te laten verlopen. Er wordt geïnvesteerd in opleiding en in medewerkers die zich verder willen ontwikkelen.

  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring als voedingsoperator of procesoperator in een productieomgeving.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een technische of wetenschappelijke opleiding in het secundair onderwijs gevolgd.
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en begrijpt hoe belangrijk het is om productieparameters en kwaliteitsnormen op te volgen.
  • Je werkt planmatig, nauwkeurig en met verantwoordelijkheidszin.
  • Je communiceert vlot met collega's en durft initiatief te nemen wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt.
  • Je hebt interesse in het begeleiden van collega's en wilt op termijn doorgroeien naar een leidinggevende functie.
  • Je bent bereid om in een tweeploegenstelsel te werken.

Ervaring met het aansturen van een team is mooi meegenomen. Vooral jouw maturiteit, verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en bereidheid om bij te leren zijn belangrijk.
