Als storingstechnieker zorg je ervoor dat machines en productielijnen veilig en betrouwbaar blijven werken. Je analyseert storingen, zoekt naar de oorzaak en kiest een doeltreffende oplossing. Daarnaast kijk je verder dan het probleem van vandaag en denk je mee over onderhoud, verbeteringen en het voorkomen van terugkerende storingen.Je krijgt een zelfstandige rol waarin jouw ervaring, inzicht en praktische aanpak het verschil maken voor de productie en je collega's.Wat ga je doen?

  • Je bent een belangrijke technische schakel in het draaiende houden en verbeteren van het machinepark en de gebouwinstallaties en je voert preventief en curatief onderhoud uit aan machines, productielijnen en nutsvoorzieningen
  • Je analyseert elektrische en elektronische storingen en lost ze zelfstandig op, onder meer aan PLC's, sensoren, schakelkasten en bekabeling en je onderzoekt terugkerende problemen en zoekt naar oplossingen om stilstanden in de toekomst te beperken
  • Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen op het vlak van veiligheid, efficiëntie en betrouwbaarheid
  • Je staat in voor technisch onderhoud aan gebouwinstallaties, zoals verlichting, HVAC, branddetectie en toegangscontrole
  • Je leest en interpreteert elektrische schema's en past ze waar nodig aan. Ervaring met EPLAN is een pluspunt
  • Je stemt technische werkzaamheden af met collega's en zorgt voor een correcte opvolging en je neemt deel aan wachtdiensten volgens de gemaakte afspraken

Waar ga je werken?Je gaat aan de slag bij een productiebedrijf binnen de kunststofverwerking. De technische dienst speelt er een belangrijke rol in het betrouwbaar functioneren van de machines, productielijnen en ondersteunende installaties.Je werkt samen met collega's die rekenen op een goed draaiend machinepark en een veilige werkomgeving. In deze functie kun je jouw ervaring gebruiken om storingen niet alleen op te lossen, maar ook structureel mee te werken aan verbeteringen.

  • Je hebt een diploma Elektriciteit of Elektromechanica, of je hebt gelijkwaardige technische ervaring opgebouwd
  • Je hebt een stevige kennis van industriële elektriciteit en ervaring met PLC's, sensoren en meet- en regeltechniek
  • Je kunt elektrische schema's lezen en gebruiken om storingen gericht op te sporen en je hebt bij voorkeur ook kennis van mechanica en pneumatica
